U Mobile recently announced that they have become the official broadcast sponsor for the FIFA World Cup 2026 on RTMKlik. All 104 tournament Matches will be available to Malaysians, but U Mobile subscribers can also redeem a free daily ULTRA Football Pass on the MyUMobile app for unlimited data at unlimited speed to stream those matches. They also have the chance to win an ULTRA Football Dream Tour and other exclusive ULTRA Football Fest prizes, so read on for more details.

U Mobile is having a promotion where you can sign up for a second HERO line at 50% off from now until 31 July 2018. It is best to note that the subscription plans eligible to sign up for the promotions are the HERO P98, Unlimited P78, P79 and P99.

U Mobile recently opened up a register your interest page for those looking to get the Apple iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus under a U Mobile plan. No details as to specific Malaysia release dates or pricing but the page does reveal these iPhones will come in gold (looks rather rose-like doesn't it?), silver and space grey with 64GB and 256GB storage options. Apparently U Mobile have created a page where you can register your interest for the upcoming Apple iPhone SE phone plan from them as well. Unlike the other telcos you can get the iPhone SE using their U MicroCredit installment plans or their UPackage all-in-one installment plan. You can choose to receive updates for both options as well.
