If you just got back from your Chinese New Year holiday, you might be surprised to learn that Telekom Malaysia (TM) will be phasing out its Streamyx/Unifi Lite services. The shutdown is scheduled from 28 February 2025 onwards, so if you happen to be a user, here is what it means for you.

By now, most of you should have heard the news of Telekom Malaysian Berhad (TM) discontinuing both unifi Lite (aka Streamyx) and Business Broadband services. Why would the company do that? Well, TM has recently released a statement about it so read on below.

As previously rumoured, Telekom Malaysia Berhad has unveiled a #khabarbaik announcement that the Unifi Air is real and official. Coming with unlimited internet data, the official price is just RM79/month and in addition to that, the Unifi Lite and Streamyx also got a new price tag RM69/month, as well as a new MyUnifi app for managing various related features.
