Just a few hours ago, Xbox went live and showcased what they got in the next 12 months. During the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, there were many highly-anticipated video games such as Starfield, Forza Motorsport, Diablo IV, and Redfall, as well as other original IPs like Pentiment, High on Life, and Ravenlok. 

Do you happen to play Valorant? Riot Games launched the free-to-play FPS game last year for the PC and has been rather successful so far. In fact, the game now has an average of 14 million players log in every month. But that's not the only news the company revealed.

Valorant, a free-to-play first-person shooter, has been officially launched today exclusively on the PC. To those who are not familiar with the game, it is developed by Riot Games and it features gameplay mechanics similar to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Overwatch.

First-person shooter (FPS) games will never get old with developers keep instilling new ideas into the game category. Earlier, we’ve heard Riot Games, the maker of League of Legends, is developing its own FPS game, and it was put under a project codenamed ‘Project A’. Now, the 5v5 character-based shooter has gotten an official title and it will be called Valorant.
