We have talked about WhatsApp Companion mode before and according to a new update from a source, the feature is currently in WhatsApp Beta for Android. Not only that but we also learn that this mode allows a single account to link up to four devices at the same time.

Previously, we reported that WhatsApp was developing a second version of the multi-device function. The team seems to have settled on a name called WhatsApp Companion that allows to you link a secondary device to your current WhatsApp account.
