Another smartphone has joined the Snapdragon 855+ bandwagon. Xiaomi announced that they will be introducing the Black Shark 2 Pro smartphone on the 30th of July. The device will feature the brand new Snapdragon 855+ chipset. 

If you want a new gaming mobile phone under RM3000, this might be the phone for you. The Black Shark 2 smartphone was launched today in Malaysia and features the Snapdragon 855 chipset and 6.39 inch AMOLED display.

We’ve been notified that the Xiaomi Black Shark 2, which was initially launched in China, will be launching on 1 April 2019. While they did not mention how much the device will be priced at, DirectD has announced that they have already started taking pre-orders of the Black Shark 2 which is priced at RM2499 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant and RM2999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. There is a possibility that the aforementioned smartphone will be available on Shopee as well, with a possibility of it having similar prices as DirectD.

Xiaomi has recently announced that the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 gaming focused smartphone is officially available in China, starting from the price of RM1941 for the 8GB RAM variant. The device has been specially designed to ergonomically fit the user's hand, especially while during activities such as gaming.
