So get this, apparently tomorrow on 11 July 2017 - Xiaomi will be revealing a new device in China. As confirmed in their official Weibo account, the device will come with a 6GB RAM, so what phone could it be?

Recent leaked images shows the Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus back panels side by side, clearing showing that the Mi 6 Plus is very similar in design with the Mi 6 except much, much larger.

Just when we thought we would see the Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus together with the Mi 6, Xiaomi only revealed the latter and many were left wondering if the former exist at all. Don’t write off that device just yet, because it appears that the device has showed up in a Chinese 3C certification authority.

So we already know that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will be revealed on 19 April 2017, but what we didn’t know was if there was going to be a Mi 6 Plus or not. That has changed that with a leaked price listing, and it turns out that there’s going to be five different prices!

So during the weekend, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun apparently went live stream and officially announced that their upcoming flagship, the Mi 6 will be coming soon on 11 April 2017, ending all rumours about the reveal date. However, nothing was mentioned about the tech-specs, except these two leaked images below.

We sure have bee posting rumours about the Xiaomi Mi 6 for awhile now, but never about the Mi 6 Plus which has just been revealed on Weibo unofficially. This is probably the most clearest leaked image of the “real” device, showing us the dual rear cameras in all its glorious glossy glass body.
