Xiaomi just launched the Mi Watch in Malaysia a few days ago with the price tag of RM469. Today, the Mi Watch Lite may be launching soon in India as it appeared on BIS certification since the first announcement for the global markets back in December. 

It looks like 17 December is not the day for the launch of the Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite in Malaysia but it is for its pre-order event. With that said, the Mi Watch Lite is now officially announced with the one-day pre-order event happening on 17 December and will go on sale starting from 20 December. It seems that Xiaomi Malaysia has recently posted an update on their official Facebook page hinting that a fitness-focused smartwatch will be unveiled on 17 December 2020. While there’s mention on which exact smartwatch will be unveiled on the date, we have good reason to believe that the product could very well be the Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite.

It seems that Xiaomi has officially launched the Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite, which is now globally available at the price of RMB299 (~RM185). Unfortunately, there is no official news on the Malaysia release date and local pricing of the product, so you might want to check back with us on that.
