The annual Chinese New Year festival is an occasion where family members, no matter near or far, would come together to celebrate. Maxis aims to bring together friends and family using mobile phones, thanks to a recent partnership with Dooit Live. Maxis will be hosting 16 live game sessions starting from 4 February 2019 until 19 February 2019 featuring 11 Chinese New Year themed questions, in which players have to answer within 10 seconds to be given a chance to win real prize money of up to RM188,000.

From today until 6 February 2019, any purchase of RM500 and above will be entitled to a voucher worth RM25, and RM100 for any purchases worth RM1000 and above. In order to utilize the the vouchers, simply key in VIV51CNY and VIV52CNY for the vouchers worth RM25 and RM50 respectively. Do take note, only one voucher can be used at a time and will only be valid until 6 February 2019.

TM UniFi has announced that in conjunction with the 2019 Lunar New Year, they will be offering existing and new UniFi Basic customers an opportunity to experience unlimited quota and uncapped internet until 15 February 2019. Do take the word “uncapped” with a grain of salt and UniFi did not mention any bandwidth limitations during the promo.
