Instagram has once again enforced a new method to verify users' age. However, it uses a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and face scanning this time, and it's something it has never done before.

By now, you might have read some news about WhatsApp's new privacy policy. But what you might not know is they actually publish them online and you can read all about it. It's not really long but if you're too busy, here's the gist of what the new policy says. 

Creator of the Stadium Full Screen Browser app has recently posted a tweet on the their Twitter account, stating that Apple will be removing the app from the Apple App Store. For those who are not in the know, the aforementioned app allows users to access Stadia, which is a Google cloud gaming service on their iOS device.

By using this app, the public can keep themselves informed on whether they are dealing with a scammer, as well as increase their trust when it comes to online transactions.

A recent tweet from Twitter’s official account mentioned that they will be rolling out a new feature, which allows you to specify who can reply to your tweets. While the new feature is only available to a small percentage of Twitter users, we can expect it to be rolled out somewhere around June 2020 onwards.

Based on a statement by techradar.com, it seems that cybercriminals are still keen on stealing information from your Zoom account information due to the sudden increase in online scams lately. The scammers send emails to unsuspecting users by requiring them to “verify” their account by keying them into a landing page that was provided in the email thread.

Based on an article by bleepingcomputer.com, it seems that more than 500000 zoom accounts containing several private information including email address and password was sold on the dark web not too long ago. The source mentioned that the accounts sold were priced at USD0.002(~RM0.0087) each, for a grand total of around USD1000(~RM4350) for the whole bulk.

Instagram recently made an announcement on their Twitter account stating that they will be rolling out a feature, which allows user to send and receive Instagram direct messages via a desktop browser. While there’s no official information in regards to when the aforementioned feature will be available in Malaysia, we do know that Instagram plans to roll the update out global in the coming weeks.

When Facebook Messenger was first introduced, it allowed users to sign up for an account by using their phone number. Surprisingly, Facebook has made changes to Messenger, which now requires new users to have a Facebook account in order to sign up for the service based on a statement by venturebeat.

Youtube recently clarified on Twitter, stating that the new Terms of Service does not mean that Youtube will terminate your account if you are not commercially viable. Instead, the new Terms of Service meant that they will discontinue certain Youtube service that are either outdated or not frequently used.
