    Apple will reportedly be adding a new feature to the iPhone software with iOS 18.2 that is related to charging and battery. Spotted inside the upcoming update code, the feature allows the iPhone to show users how much time it will take for their device to reach a full charge.

  • OPPO has recently taken fast charging to a whole other level by introducing not only a 150W SUPERVOOC flash charge, but also a 240W version of the same technology. Unveiled during the Mobile World Congress 2022 (MWC), the 240W SUPERVOOC™ flash charge can fully charge a 4500mAh battery from 0% in just 9 minutes.

    Given the incredible charging speed, some users have had reservations regarding the new technology, fearing that it may jeopardise battery health. However, OPPO Malaysia in a statement yesterday assured users that this is simply not the case, saying that its SUPERVOOC flash charge comes with a 'Battery Health Engine' that doubles battery lifespan.
