However, you would still toggle on the ‘light filter’ on your phone and continue to scroll your phone at ease. Now, you may need to consider scrolling it without toggling anything on (yea, just be blind, I don't care). Researchers have found out that the blue light filters on smartphones are actually not helpful at all.
