As usual, the last of our trio of monthly articles is the one for broadband plans. While broadband plans are less likely to see changes on a more frequent basis, Celcom and Digi's home fibre plans merging was pretty big news (which we covered). But enough about that, here's our summary of the best broadband plans for the budget-conscious as of March 2023.

CelcomDigi has launched CelcomDigi Fibre, its new unified fibre broadband package with some competitive prices and plans. Offering unlimited internet ranging from 50Mbps up to 300Mbps, there are also add-on options for several Samsung 4K Smart TVs.

CelcomDigi today announced the availability of its new unlimited plan for Xpax Postpaid users, 5G Boosters free trial for Digi Prepaid users and the launch of its latest campaign in conjunction with the Ramadan and Aidilfitri festive period. Happening from today until 15 May 2023, read on to know the full details.

Today, CelcomDigi just announced all both Celcom and Digi customers can now access each other's services in all of its bluecube and Digi Stores. This also includes its exclusive partners' 534 branded touchpoints across the nation.

The Ministry of Communications and Digital (KKD) has instructed local telecommunications companies to install generators in flood hotspot areas. This is following the flash floods that have severely affected some parts of Malaysia.

CelcomDigi today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korea’s SK Telecom to explore and develop Malaysia’s first operator-led mobile Metaverse platform. The MoU was signed at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 in Barcelona by Celcom Digi CEO Datuk Idham Nawawi and SK Telecom CEO Young-sang Ryu.

CelcomDigi today announced that it is extending its free 5G trial access for eligible Celcom customers until 30 April 2023. The trial is currently available to its Celcom MEGA Postpaid, Xpax Postpaid and Xpax Prepaid customers.
