    Today, Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) has announced Nora Nabila Ahmad Sabri and Alina Amir as the local winners of this year’s Telenor Youth Forum (TYF16) challenge. Under the theme “Digitalisation for Peace”, the programme has called for inspiring youths to tackle social challenges through the use of digital solutions.

This collaboration allows the Digi Prepaid LiVE SIM pack to be retailed at all 290 outlets in Malaysia.

    Today, Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) have announced it will be investing more than RM250000 in equity funding in GrabGas, Local Usher and Vase. Just last Friday, the three startups graduated from the company’s maiden accelerator programme, Digi Accelerate. The programme closed with a Demo Day held in Bangkok, which saw the startups join teams from Myanmar and Thailand in a competitive pitch session to 65 local and international venture capitalists.

    Today, Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) is opening a "Be Smart, Use Heart" video contest and it's open to all Malaysian secondary schoolchildren aged 13 to 18. The video contest is an initiative by CyberSAFE and requires participants to develop and submit a self-interview YouTube video of not more than one minute that focuses on Cyberbullying; it can be an idea, a solution or even a personal experience related to digital citizenship and cyberbullying. It will start from now until 15 September 2016.
