If you missed out on the previous Digi Jaringan Prihatin offer, no worries - they are back. Digi just announced that the programme has been extended until 31 August 2021 for Malaysians who are eligible under the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat requirements. On top of that, two new smartphones have been added to the roster which is the Samsung Galaxy A12 and Xiaomi Redmi 9A.

Today, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has issued a total of 64 compounds worth RM3.2 million in the second quarter of 2021 to four telcos. Like before, Maxis, U Mobile, Digi and XOX Com got fined due to failure to comply with the numbering plan and electronic addressing as well as non -compliance with the Prepaid Guidelines for end-user registration.

Today, Digi has announced that the Digi Fibre 150 promotion has been extended until 31 July 2021. Not only that, but they have also increased the unlimited data speed from 100Mbps to 300Mbps for the same price tag of RM100 per month. Of course, this is provided if the customer is paired with a Digi Postpaid plan.

Starting from today onwards until 31 July 2021, Digi just announced that all prepaid customers can enjoy an automatic 10% free credit for each reload they perform via the Digi Store Online or MyDigi app. Moreover, eBelia claimants who reload a minimum of RM30 will stand a chance to win an extra RM50 credit through the Digi eBelia Reload & Win campaign.

Earlier today, Digi officially announced the Pakej Data Khas Pelajar for students between the age of 12 to 24 years old where they can get 15GB of mobile data that’s valid for up to 30 days for only RM20. But that’s not all, in conjunction with the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme, parents will be eligible to get RM300 device subsidy for both Digi postpaid and prepaid customers.

Today, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) just posted an announcement that Malaysians would be able to have a free call during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri holidays. In this short announcement, all the local telcos are in agreement that the free calls will start from 10 PM today (12 May 2021) until 10 AM (13 May 2021).

Today, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) just announced that the free 1GB Internet data will continue until 31 July 2021. As usual, the five telco companies - Celcom, Digi, Maxis, U Mobile and Telekom Malaysia have agreed to extend the provision of this daily Internet data for education purpose.
