    By now, you probably have noticed some new Google-related app icons on your iOS and Android devices. The company has officially introduced a fresh visual identity for its Workspace app icons, bringing a major redesign to apps including GmailGoogle Drive, DocsSheetsMeetCalendar and more. The update is now rolling out gradually across Android, iOS and web platforms.

    Almost everyone has a Google Account but so are inactive ones. With this, Google has announced that its inactive accounts will be shut down in due time. As long as the Google Account (whether it's Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet, Calendar, YouTube and Google Photos) has not been used or signed in for at least two years, it shall be deactivated.

    Those who frequently utilize Google Docs, Sheets and Slides on Android, will be pleased to know that Google plans to introduce dark mode to those features in the near future. While there is not much known in regards to the exact dates the dark mode will be available, we do know that it could be available most probably in a few weeks.
