Facebook wants you to stay in the app even when you want to listen to music by releasing this Spotify miniplayer. From now on, users can directly play songs shared by others from Spotify in the social media app without the need to switch to the music app. It’ll be available on both iOS and Android and in 27 markets with Malaysia being one of them.

Yesterday, sources confirmed that Facebook would be launching new audio products for its platform soon. In its official announcement, the company confirmed that it's launching a total of three audio products - Soundbites, Podcast, and Live Audio.

Previously, we found out that Facebook was working on an audio chat version of Messenger Rooms. Funny enough, there's another one that's called Hotline. We're not sure how many apps Facebook will reveal, but it looks like there could be an official announcement tonight.
