As many of you know, advances in technology lead to improved products and platforms. These advances are sometimes achieved with our help, indirectly or not. Now, Facebook has a new technology that takes advantage of the content uploaded by its users.

Based on a tweet by Twitter user @MattNavarra, it seems that Instagram plans on rolling out a feature that allow users to insert automated captions on their Insta-stories. In order to enable it, simply take an Insta-story, then apply the new sticker called CC caption which will automatically transcribe the audio and display it onto your story.

Based on a statement by @WABetaInfo on their Twitter account, it seems that the developers of WhatsApp could be working on giving users the ability to send an image that deletes itself after a few seconds. While not much is known in regards to when it will be available globally, it does give us a better idea of what to expect from WhatsApp in the near future.

Based on a statement by techcrunch, it seems that Facebook might be developing a TikTok-like app that’s geared more towards sharing rap called BARS. The app lets users record themselves rapping to pre-made music on the platform which can be shared on the app itself, as well as to other social media.

If you are experiencing horrible Internet experience on Facebook, you're not alone. It appears that Facebook is not functioning properly since 10 AM this morning and many people from around the world are reporting the same thing. 

So it finally happened, Australia Facebook users are now blocked from sharing or reading news on Facebook (lol). Based on a statement by techradar.com, it seems that Facebook might also be working on a feature that’s similar to Clubhouse called Facebook Fireside which will feature an invite-only voice and video functionality. While not much is known in regards to when it will be globally available, it does give us a better idea on what to expect from Facebook in the coming months.

It seems that Telekom Malaysia has recently sent out an update on their Facebook page, stating that some users might experience unstable or even loss of connection due to the breakage of the main cable.
