    Grab has launched a new service which allows you to buy goods and services from their app. The service is called GrabMart and it has started as a beta version for the users to test out the feature.

    It is now possible to pay all your Grab bills monthly with Grab's PayLater feature

    Grab has announced PayLater payment option which is a new feature that lets you pay all your grab bills at once from rides, GrabFood deliveries and more at the start of next month. While this feature is only available to selected Grab users, Grab plans to open up to feature to more users depending on several eligibility factors such as GrabReward tier, account age, and how many rides you have taken.

    Based on a report by thestar.com.my, Indonesian’s most popular motorcycle hailing service called Go-Jek could be available in Malaysia very soon. Based on a statement by Entrepreneur Development Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Reduan Yusof, it might take about a month or two for the Youth and Sports Ministry as well as the Transport Ministry to work on the kinks before allowing the service to roll-out in Malaysia.

    Grab takes over Uber South East Asia, Uber app to shut down on 8 April 2018

    The Grab and Uber merger has been made official as Grab takes over Uber's South East Asia operations while Uber gets a 27.5% stake in Grab. In short, this means that Uber users and drivers in Malaysia will be migrated over to Grab and GrabFood will take over from Uber Eats after the Uber app shuts down on 8 April 2018 while the Uber Eats app shuts down in May. Until then, you can still use Uber Eats or call a car or drive using the Uber app, but these are the grace periods for you to make the move to Grab.
