On this very day, Maxis has announced that they are the first Malaysian company to sponsor Team Secret’s all Malaysian PUBG Mobile team. Not only that, but both the organisations will be collaborating together in order to bring the best eSports experiences to Malaysia via Maxis’ 4G as well as Fibre network.

The free-to-play Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds Lite beta will be available in more countries other than Thailand such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines starting from 14 February 2019. Those who are interested in taking part, the registration for the beta will open on the 13 February.

Apex Legends, the latest battle royale game by Respawn Entertainment which is set in the same universe as Titanfall, is in the talks on developing an iOS and Android version of the game. While it may not happen so soon, they planned to include cross-play while enables the mobile players to go against players from other platforms such as PC or even consoles if they desire to.
