Huawei Mate 9 was reported to make a debut this fourth quarter of the year, and it's currently one of the most anticipated phones to be released. It has been leaked several times already, but in case you've missed out some of them, here's a new set of speculated tech-specs once again.

When the first Huawei Mate 7 came to the market, the reaction was mixed – both admirers and naysayers had something to say about it. The Huawei Mate 8 meanwhile broke new ground as it continued the large form factor of the previous model, but combined with great build quality. Now the successor is on its way, and the Huawei Mate 9 looks to be shaping up quite nicely.

As the rumours of Huawei Mate 9 continues to build up momentum, we got ourselves quite a few of them of what the device could adopt, from 6GB RAM to dual rear cameras, this latest one certainly caught our attention because it may also include an iris scanner just like what Samsung did with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

The Huawei Mate 9 rumours have increased because after a leaked poster showed off 20MP dual rear camera and Kirin 960 processor tech specs, some new rumours have appeared saying that the Mate 9 will be coming in 9 colours and have 3 different versions. The 9 colours include amber gold, amber gray, ceramic white, champagne gold, mocha gold, silver, pink gold, shiny black and sky gray with an amber gold render also available.

The 3 versions include a 4GB RAM / 64GB storage version for 3399 Yuan (RM2108), 4GB RAM / 128GB storage for 3899 Yuan (RM2418) and 6GB RAM / 256GB storage version going for 4699 Yuan (RM2914). No Malaysia release dates or pricing details obviously but we should know more soon, so stay tuned to TechNave.com.

A leaked image of the upcoming Huawei Mate 9 seems to have confirmed a number of tech specs including a Kirin 960 processor and 20MP dual rear cameras. While it could be a doctored image the Mate 9 was expected to use the Kirin 960 processor anyway and our previous Kirin workshop confirmed that it would come with 4K video recording capabilities, explaining the 20MP dual rear cameras.

With Huawei steadily gaining worldwide recognition, one wonders what the company has in store for us in the future. Well, this is where Weibo comes in with their never ending rumours, this time on the upcoming Huawei Mate 9 with some juicy news, as we heard that it will be featuring dual rear cameras. 

So another Huawei Mate 9 unit leaked again, this time, found on Twitter which was posted by @the_malignant. The phone shows the same dual rear camera lens that we last reported, position vertically on a bump, along with a LED Flash and a laser combo at the side.

Just last week, we got a sneak peek preview of an AnTuTu score online about the Huawei Mate 9. While we cannot guarantee that the device will surely pack that tech-specs, but one thing that got our attention is that it might come with a 20MP dual-camera setup.

We saw the Huawei Mate 8 launch late last year, and we even have reviewed it on TechNave – the review you can read all about right here. Now we are expecting the next iteration from Huawei to the successful Mate 8, and what do you know – someone has posted the alleged benchmark of the upcoming Huawei Mate 9 online.

We might be able to see a new Huawei Mate 9 at the end of this year, according to analyst Pan Jiutang. According to him, the Huawei Mate 9 will be using a newly designed chipset by Huawei, the Kirin 960. The chipset is produced using the 16nm process, and the CPU will include the next generation Artemis cores along with an octa-core GPU. It will also support 4G LTE Cat.12 connectivity and CDMA networks.
