On 6 November 2025, Malaysia-based digital media company Catcha Digital Berhad announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, iMedia Asia Sdn Bhd, has entered into a conditional share-sale agreement to acquire 100 percent of Maxoom Sdn Bhd, the owner of the tech media platform TechNave, for a total cash consideration of RM6.125 million.
