While Maxis is not in the loop with Digital Nasional Berhad's 5G network, the company has announced that it has expanded its 5G international roaming services to 29 countries. This marks Maxis as the first telco to provide customers with 5G international roaming services in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and many others. 

HARMAN International has officially unveiled their new brand called Infinity, and they plan on unveiling up to 10 products by August 2020. To those who are unfamiliar with HARMAN International, they’re a company that focuses on audio products ranging from speakers, earphones, headphones, and more.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 5 has been internationally unveiled today and it comes equipped with features such as magnetic charging, as well as 14-day battery life at the price of 39.99 Euros (~RM195). The Malaysian government will wait on the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission's report, before allowing Huawei to build their 5G infrastructure in Malaysia. Based on TheStar.com.my, the delay is due to various security concerns involving Huawei globally, including allegations of cyberspying, international scandals and so on. Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo wants to play it safe, to ensure that the system is secure before rolling out.
