The logo is the most important element of a company that allows customers to recognize the products or services that one offers. A while ago, Chanel, the European fashion brand, alleged that the Chinese tech giant HUAWEI has a logo that is similar to its registered French logo. The fashion company even took the matter to the Luxembourg-based General Court but ended up losing as the tribunal concludes the logos from both companies are not similar in some context.

Since its release back in 2010, Xiaomi’s MIUI has been one of the reliable operating systems offered in the market until now. The MIUI is also deemed as fast when it comes to adopting the latest features from Android into its system. Recently, Xiaomi unveiled they are in the process of developing MIUI 12, and it will be released in Q3 2020 to celebrate its 10 year anniversary.
