In a collaboration between Waze, U Mobile and SMART tunnel, it is now possible to use navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps while driving inside the SMART Tunnel. This is thanks to a bunch of Waze Beacon which utilizes Bluetooth technology in order to transmit GPS and traffic data, instead of relying solely on mobile data.
