Netflix is preparing to roll out a redesigned iPhone app, introducing a vertical video discovery feed as part of a broader overhaul of its mobile experience. The update was revealed in the company’s latest earnings communication, with the new app expected to launch before the end of April 2026.

It's official, Netflix has confirmed that FIFA is coming to Netflix Games in time for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The announcement, shared as part of Netflix Tudum’s latest news, marks a major expansion of the platform’s gaming lineup and promises a new football simulation game designed to bring the excitement of the World Cup directly into subscribers’ hands.

With AI all the rage these days, Netflix announced a couple of plans to refresh the user viewing experience. This includes integrating Generative AI into the search engine on the Netflix app. On top of that, a new user interface for Netflix on the TV will be coming as well.

Today, Netflix has announced that all of its subscription plans (Student, Basic, Standard, and Premium) prices have increased. It is effective starting today (14 November) and will be implemented for Astro customers as well.

It was only two days ago that we reported there could be more subscribers than ever for Netflix. It's considered ironic since many expected Netflix to lose for cracking down on password sharing, but we now have the official numbers from the company's financial report here and it's a surprise.

Looks like the day has come. We have been wondering when Netflix will take action on password sharing after several delays. According to Netflix, sharing your account with someone who doesn't live with you costs $7.99/month (~RM36). For the Malaysian market, it will officially be RM13/month.
