Other than making the PlayStation 5 (PS5) backward compatible with PlayStation 4 (PS4) games, there is another PS4 thing that Sony would like to bring over and it's the PlayStation VR. Currently, the company is working hard to improve the VR experience to match the PS5. However, a leak suggested that they might also be making a totally new VR headset for the next-gen console.

It seems that Sony’s PlayStation 5 has achieved more pre-orders in 12 hours than the PlayStation 4 did after 12 weeks, based on a statement by Reuters. With that in mind, it seems that there is heavy demand for the PlayStation 5, which is great news for Sony due to the fact that it was predicted to be the first PlayStation console to be the first console to not be sold at a loss.

GSC has officially announced Big Screen Gaming on their Facebook page, where you can play console games at their cinemas starting from today onwards from the price of RM188. As of now, there are only 4 locations where the service is being offered such as the Queensbay Mall, Ipoh Parade, AEON Bandaraya Melaka, as well as the Paradigm Mall Johor.

Based on a statement by tecnoblog.com, it seems that the Sony PlayStation 5 will support Wi-Fi 6 as well as Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, which not only allows for a much faster download speed over Wi-Fi but also much better stability. To those who are not familiar with Wi-Fi 6, it allows the transfer of data up to 32 times faster compared to Wi-Fi 4 that’s supported by the Sony PlayStation 4.
