It seems that a listing of the Sony PlayStation 5 has been spotted on Amazon, and it seems that the console will start from the price of 399 Euros (~RM1924) for the Digital Edition which doesn’t have an optical drive. The base variant of the PS5 that comes with the optical drive, on the other hand, is priced at 499 Euros (~RM2406) which is slightly more expensive but it lets you play physical copies of the game.

While Sony has more or less confirmed that a good number of PS4 titles can be played on a PS5. Unfortunately, the reverse won't be possible. The company has hinted that it has PS5 titles won't be playable on the PS4.

Sony CEO Kenichiro Yoshida stated that the upcoming PlayStation 5 performs up to 100 times faster than previous-generation consoles, which is largely thanks to the high-performance SSDs it comes with. But that’s not all, the CEO also mentioned that the new console is much more immersive thanks to better 3D sound effects, rumble effects and more.

Sony PlayStation 5 is no doubt one of the hottest topics of the year in the gaming field. After hearing all of its powerful tech specs, everyone is now waiting to see how the gaming console is going to look like when it's announced. Earlier, Sony has already given us a taste by revealing the design of the DualSense, but we still don't know what features the controller will bring when in action. Just yesterday, someone posted up a video showing the interactions with the controller, and it's awesome plus somehow unrealistic.

A few months after Sony gave away Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection on PS Plus, it seems that Sony plans on giving away Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End this coming April. Not only that, but it seems that they will also be giving out Dirt Rally 2.0, which was first launched last year.

Based on a statement by former senior director Albert Penello, it seems that the upcoming Sony Playstation 5 is expected to be priced at around USD399(~RM1770) at launch. The aforementioned console is much cheaper compared to the upcoming Microsoft Xbox console, which will most likely be priced at RM499.

All PS Plus users can get Capcom’s Monster Hunter: World for free starting from today until 21 April 2020. Do note that it is only the base game and it does not include the Iceborne DLC, which is priced at RM177 (now at 30% off) on the Playstation Store.
