MediaTek has officially announced their new Helio G36 chipset. Positioned between the G35 and G37, the G36’s key features include support for fast 90Hz displays, 50MP camera sensors, Dual 4G VoLTE and the MediaTek HyperEngine 2.0 Lite.

Chinese tech giant Xiaomi recently updated the Support Policy page on its official website to include a list of devices that it will no longer maintain software updates. This end-of-support (EOS) list entails a total of 81 devices, with the most notable smartphones in the list being the Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro and Mi Mix 3.
