Qualcomm has unveiled the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 Mobile Platform, the newest addition to its 6-series lineup, and it is designed to bridge the gap between budget chips and flagship processors. According to Qualcomm, the chip offers an estimated 11 % faster CPU performance, 29 % better graphics rendering, and 12 % power savings versus its predecessor.

According to Bloomberg, Apple is poised to usher in the next generation of its creative hardware lineup with the imminent launch of the M5-powered MacBook Pro and iPad Pro, a key milestone in its transition to AI-driven computing. The move comes as part of Apple's broader strategy to integrate artificial intelligence across its devices and respond to shifting market dynamics.

MediaTek has announced the launch of the Dimensity 9400e, a new member of the flagship Dimensity 9400 series. Built for high-performance smartphones, the new chipset delivers elite computing power and next-level gaming experiences, thanks to an all-core CPU and advanced GPU technology.

Qualcomm recently announced that it has expanded its Snapdragon X Series with the introduction of the Snapdragon X Plus 8-core chipset, bringing AI-powered Copilot+ PCs to a broader audience. Apple have announced their M2 Pro and M2 Max chipsets with the M2 Pro delivering up to 12-core CPU and up to 19-core GPU with up to 32GB of fast unified memory. The M2 Max utilizes this same CPU but goes a level higher with a 38-core GPU, double the unified memory bandwidth and up to 96GB of unified memory. Both chips feature a faster 16-core Neural Engine and are featured in Apple’s latest MacBook Pro and Mac Mini lineups.
