Smartphones are very versatile these days. They do most of what most people want and do it well enough that you won't need alternatives. But in that case, why are companies making tablets. Well, there are a few obvious reasons, like the larger screen. But I'd like to point out some key advantages of a tablet and go through what I use it for in 2023.

Earlier today, Acer has officially unveiled their latest Acer Swift 5 series starting from the price of RM3699 for the cheapest variant, while the most expensive variant goes for the price of RM4699. In terms of what it offers, it weighs in at only 990g and it comes with specs such as a 10th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, up to 512GB SSD, up to 16GB of RAM as well as an Nvidia MX250 graphics card.

Just recently, Apple officially unveiled the 16-inch and 13-inch MacBook Pro from RM12199 and RM10499 respectively. In terms of the tech specs,  it comes equipped with a 9th generation Intel Core i9 processor, up to 16GB of 2666MHz DDR4 RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.

During August this year, Microsoft Japan was trying out a new project called Work-Life Choice Challenge Summer 2019. The initiative was to give its 2300 employees five Fridays off without decreasing their paycheck.

These days, laptops are quite a versatile piece of electronic device which is capable of performing various tasks from editing videos, modifying spreadsheets, to photo editing. Lenovo has recently announced the launch of the ThinkPad X1 Extreme starting from RM6974 and it will be available on starting from December 2018 onwards. The tech specs of the laptop includes the 8th Generation Intel Core i9 processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX1050 Ti, up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, up to 2TB of SSD storage and up to 15 hours of battery life with RapidCharge technology which has the capabilities of charging up to 80 minutes in an hour.
