    During the long weekend, Proton e.MAS Cars' released a social post about the upcoming e.MAS 5 featuring Y.S Khong, who was a Malaysian Rally champion decades ago. Not only was he promoting the EV, but also indirectly revealed the launch date, which is scheduled on 30 October 2025.

  • In a milestone move for PRO-NET, the official distributor of Proton e.MAS and smart Malaysia vehicles, the company has officially handed over a fleet of electric vehicles (EVs) to the Ministry of Transport (MOT). The handover, which took place on 26 August, aligns with the national Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint (LCMB) 2021–2030 and reinforces PRO-NET’s role in driving the country’s transition to sustainable transportation.
