Malaysia’s communications regulator has blocked access to the websites of two international dating platforms, Grindr and Blued, as authorities step up efforts to enforce domestic digital content laws. The action was confirmed in Parliament by Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil, who said the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has already restricted access to the sites while evaluating next steps.
