The pandemic this year has hit a lot of businesses hard, Malindo Air just recently did a retrenchment, small businesses are struggling to survive and the economy is affected badly. However, it's a different story for Niantic, the makers of Pokemon GO as they have passed over the $1 billion mark this year alone.

Despite the pandemic going on, some companies are still managed to do well maintaining its revenue and one of them is Spotify. The company that provides music streaming service has hit 130 million subscribers in the first quarter of 2020, which is up by 31 percent from last year's report. Other than that, the company has also announced that their users' listening behavior is different now as lockdowns are going on in many countries.

It seems that local newspaper companies are requesting Google and Facebook to share their ad revenue, due to the fact that most of the aggregated news derived from sources such as News Straits Times, The Sun, Borneo Post, and The Edge. Not only that but based on a statement by Mustapha Kamil Mohd Janor, Facebook and Google were re-using content by traditional media companies for the past 15 years.
