A pop-up has recently appeared on Unifi’s official website that the customer is required to send in a 30 day notification prior to ending their subscription with Unifi starting August 2018. Based on the pop-up, you can give the 30 day notification either through their official website, live chat service on their official website, on their Facebook Page, Twitter, or through [email protected] email address. 30 days after termination notice, customers are required to head to the nearest TMpoint nationwide to follow up with the termination process. Based on a report from Lowyat.net, there seems to be a Streamyx promo circulating around offering 8Mbps for RM100 a month and 4Mbps for RM90 a month. UniFi has started to offer a no contract UniFi Wireless Broadband plan in Malaysia priced at RM79 (excluding GST) for 60GB of data very recently, giving you the freedom to terminate the plan at any moment without any consequences. The plan also allows the customer to share the bandwidth with up to 64 devices simultaneously.
