The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has revealed that it has been receiving an increasing amount of complaints from the public regarding telecommunication services in our country. Its chairman, Datuk Dr Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek said that just last month, the commission received over 4000 complaints.

Starting this month, Telekom Malaysia has announced that they will be introducing a new Unifi 30Mbps plan for less than RM100 a month aimed towards the B40 income groups of the Malaysian population. The main difference between this plan as compared to the existing Unifi plans available is the lack of an IPTV which is typically included.

Grab announced that they are expanding to four more major cities, bringing the total of cities they service in Malaysia to nine major cities. Effective March 15, Grab will be available as an alternative mode of transportation in Ipoh, Kuantan, Kuching and Seremban (which includes the districts of Nilai and Port Dickson too!).
