The Minister of Communications and Multimedia (K-KOMM), Tan Sri Annuar Musa has reassured Malaysians that the government is committed to provide free tablets for B40 students under the PerantiSiswa Keluarga Malaysia initiative. During a press conference in Parliament earlier today, Annuar clarified that the distribution of the tablets will be delayed to August 2022 due to tender issues.

Now that Honor is independent of Huawei, it's not surprising that its product direction may change. But at the Honor 7th Anniversary Fan Roundtable, Honor revealed that it aims to launch pretty more of the same type of products it always has.

Well apparently LG is hard at work in making the technology more mass-market friendly, and has just signed an agreement to bring the screen to three different OEMs – Apple, Google and Microsoft.

Softbank, one of the world’s largest telecommunication conglomerate, just announced that they will agree to invest in ARM for USD 32 billion (~RM 127 billion). Just as a recap, ARM is the company that creates the basic chip building blocks for just about every mobile chipmaker out there.

We may soon see more foldable phone technology implemented in future smartphones, if these patents from Samsung are any indication. They have patents for just about any and every form imaginable, and we may see one (or more!) of them in the next 12 months.
