For this edition of TechNave NewsBytes 2020 #15 we have Samsung about their TV innovations through the years, Huawei got 8 awards for their networking prowess and Shopee is going to be holding a Live Kpop Fest… online. Celcom rewarded their Game Hero finalists, Maxis rewarded their eKelas and Digi is offering SMEs another online option via their MyDigi Bazaar.

    Intel announced their Hybrid processors, HP donated laptops, Yoodo’s Gank team got into the Malaysia Book of Records, Fitbit has some Father’s day deals and Shell has some promotions on their cashless payment options. edotco is offering job opportunities, Micron is planning a UV robot fest and Kaspersky has some GReAT ideas. 

    Nokia did a survey on 5G, eGG are doing the NBA 2K League and Snap announced some Snap Partner Summit highlights. Grab announced their Grab for Good report while for this issue of TechNave, the Special comes from unifi with tips to improve your home wifi performance. Check them out.

    While the west has yet to embrace mobile gaming wholeheartedly, it has proven popular for the east particularly in the South East Asia region. Multiple mobile gaming eSports competitions have already taken off in a few countries and to know that Malaysia will be the host for the PUBG Mobile Club Open 2019 Fall Split Global Finals is quite a testament. 

    While it's impossible to go through every single mobile game to see which one is the best, we can definitely tell you which were (and still are) super enjoyable and our favourites. Do keep in mind that the games listed here are in alphabetical order, so without further ado.. here are our Favourite Mobile Games so far in 2019.

    Finally, we may just have a date for the not-so-much-anticipated Diablo Immortal. If you aren’t familiar, the game is a MMORPG for PC brought over to mobile. Only weeks before Blizzcon, a leak has been found about the game, alleging that it may be released on the 25th of October, a week before the event.

    Snapchat and SYBO Games has announced today that you can race against your friends via Subway Surfers Air Time, which can be found on the Snapchat app. To go into more detail about the game, Subway Surfers Air Time is the first franchise extension from the immensely popular Subway Surfers game released several years back.

    In case you guys didn’t know, Call of Duty Mobile - Garena is now officially available tomorrow for free via the Google Play Store and the iOS app store. The game includes various modes such as the classic multiplayer mode found on the PC edition, as well as battle royale mode. In addition to that, game also features unique weapons and customizability in order to complement your playstyle.

    Square Enix’s Final Fantasy Twitter account has recently tweeted that Final Fantasy VIII will be remastered and released onto several platforms such as the PS4Nintendo SwitchXbox One as well as PC via Steam. The remastered version of the game will feature enhanced graphics, effects, and HD Textures.

These ports will include all expansions as well as additional content that was developed, as well as twenty community-created Master Levels.
