A pop-up has recently appeared on Unifi’s official website that the customer is required to send in a 30 day notification prior to ending their subscription with Unifi starting August 2018. Based on the pop-up, you can give the 30 day notification either through their official website, live chat service on their official website, on their Facebook Page, Twitter, or through [email protected] email address. 30 days after termination notice, customers are required to head to the nearest TMpoint nationwide to follow up with the termination process.
