In 2022, CES (Consumer Electronics Show) will return as a physical event rather than being held virtually. The CES 2022 will take place in Las Vegas from 5 to 8 January to showcase advanced technologies from participating brands. Since it's less than one month to go, Samsung has announced the theme of its keynote event, and it's "Together for Tomorrow".

Other than just releasing smartphones with different colours, some smartphone brands have also collaborated with other industries for special editions of their devices. With that being said, OnePlus has been working with British sports car manufacturer McLaren for years to release devices that come with McLaren-inspired design. However, it is reported that the partnership between OnePlus and McLaren has come to an end, so don't expect any OnePlus 8 McLaren Editions to be released.

Earlier today, Google has announced that “Dark Mode” is officially supported by the Google Play app, which can be enabled by any smartphone that’s running the Android operating system. However, do note that the feature will be rolled out slowly and it will not be available on every Android smartphone at the same time.
