As local telcos begin pushing out 5G services, it turns out that it's not as simple as we thought. Like U Mobile prepaid users, Celcom Xpax users will be limited to using 5G connectivity in 2023. What do we mean? Well, read on below.

In case you haven't heard, Celcom has announced a new Xpax Mix & Match prepaid plan package. As the name suggests, Mix & Match is a new plan that lets customers customize their plans according to their lifestyles. If you're thinking that it sounds like its subsidiary company, Yoodo, you're not wrong either. 

In view of the on-going MCO, Celcom has just announced that they will be offering free 88GB hotspot and Internet data quota for their Xpax consumers. As for the Mega postpaid users, they can enjoy a new Mix and Match promo. 

Within a week, Maxis came under fire by the Internet for not being transparent in their latest Hotlink prepaid offering. Now it's Celcom's turn and they quietly released their own Unlimited Prepaid plans. According to their website, there are 2 plans which are the Unlimited 7 days and Unlimited 30 days for RM12 and RM35 respectively, as well as the new Ultra Hour Pass Unlimited Internet Pass. 

The Kejohanan E-Sukan Kampus is back once again, with more than RM180000 worth of prizes to be won. The competition is organized by Celcom XPAX, Kitamen, as well as Media Prima’s MyGameOn and the qualifiers will start in as early as 21 September 2019 while the Grand Finals will be on 23 and 24 November 2019 in The Curve, Damansara.
