Back in January 2021, Samsung announced its new 108MP ISOCELL HM3, which was eventually added to the Galaxy S21 Ultra. But that's clearly not the only flagship that will be using the camera sensor. In fact, other brands may have it soon.
Recently, Samsung posted a new video on YouTube to introduce the ISOCELL HM3 camera sensor. Sources claim that the 108MP camera sensor will be making its way to other flagship smartphones later this year. The Galaxy S21 Ultra managed to score 121 points on DX0Mark, which makes it a pretty good camera sensor. So, it'll be interesting to see how other brands can use it and produce better photos.
Mind you, this is just speculation for now. But more brands are focusing on delivering good mobile photography, so it won't be surprising if we saw more brands using the Samsung ISOCELL HM3 sensor. Having said that, do you consider such high-resolution camera sensors necessary? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
