ASUS ROG launches ROG Collection T-shirts and ROG Ranger Backpack Series with price starting from RM109
Alongside the launch of the world’s thinnest and compact gaming laptops, the ROG Zephyrus S and Strix SCAR II, ASUS also launched their first line of ROG Ranger Backpack Series as well as the ROG Collection T-shirts. The ROG Ranger Backpack Series’ price starts at RM159 and the ROG Collection T-shirts’ price is RM109.
The backpacks are very interesting and extremely durable, all of them a shade of gray with subtle ROG branding on them. The first backpack is the ROG Ranger BP1500 Gaming Backpack which is priced at RM 159. It can carry a notebook up to 15.6 inches in size with a 16L capacity. It has extra compartments for the user to put extra things in and is extremely comfortable to carry thanks to the mesh on the backrest area.
The ROG Ranger BP2500 Gaming Backpack is priced at RM279 and like the BP1500, it can carry up to a 15.6 inch laptop and has a 16L capacity. What sets this backpack apart from the BP1500 is a few nifty features such as FIDLOCK design which is a magnetic fastener with a front slash design pocket that provides extra protection to your belongings. In addition, it is also equipped with a charge-cable zipper that allows you access to your powerbank easily. The backpack is waterproof and scratch resistant with a 1680D leatherette and polyurethane alongside water repellent zippers.
The star among the three backpacks is definitely the Ranger 2-in-1 Backpack at RM499 which can fit up to a 17 inch gaming laptop with extra pads for protection. The front of the laptop has a slot specifically for a 10 inch tablet, a keyboard, a headset and mouse, and two extra pockets for extra storage. In addition, the backpack has an anti-theft zipper, as well as ergonomic shoulder straps, ventilated back paddings made from memory foam.
