Yesterday, a bunch of new ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) laptops were announced featuring the 10th Intel Core processors. Among the highlights, the company also revealed a new series of Electro Punk special edition gaming laptops and peripherals which look really dope. The complete Electro Punk collection includes a ROG Strix G15 gaming laptop, ROG Strix Go 2.4 headset, ROG Strix Scope TKL keyboard, ROG Strix Impact II mouse, ROG Sheath mouse pad, and a ROG Ranger BP1503 backpack.
Firstly, we have to talk about the ROG Strix G15 Electro Punk gaming laptop. Like the rest of the new ROG laptops, this one is also equipped with the latest 10th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU which has 8 cores and 16 threads, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GPU, up to 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz SDRAM, up to two NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSDs running in RAID 0, and a third upgradable SSD slot that lets users add terabytes of space. For the screen panel, it can support up to 240Hz refresh rate and 3ms response time. WiFi 6 (Gig+) networking is also available as expected.

Then to the gaming peripherals, the ROG Strix Go 2.4 Electro Punk gaming headset is wireless that is compatible not just for PCs, but as well as gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) and mobile devices. The earcups are airtight and you can find a 40mm ASUS Essense driver in each side. The wireless gaming headset uses a USB-C to USB 2.0 adapter plus a 3.5mm connector and a detachable boom mic.
ASUS also threw in their gaming keyboard in pink. The new ROG Strix Scope TKL Electro Punk keyboard has Aura Sync lighting and RGB shining from below. Designed for fast-paced multiplayer gaming, the keyboard is decked out with Cherry MX switches. The company forgo the number pad and made the left CTRL-key bigger, making it compact for gamers to carry around.

The ROG Strix Impact II Electro Punk gaming mouse is also Aura Sync-enabled with RGB lighting integrated on the logo. This bad boy houses a 6200 dpi optical sensor and its DPI button can switch between four sensitivity profiles, alongside 5 programmable customizable buttons. Heck, even the gaming mouse pad - ROG Sheath Electro Punk - is in pink and it's 35-inches across and 17-inches deep.
Finally, the ROG Ranger BP1503 backpack (sorry, no photo yet lol) can store a 15-inch laptop inside easily. As per tradition, this compact backpack is armoured with a water-repellent exterior, yet customized with a pink piping, patches and a slashing design on the front in the name of style. Gamers can organize their cords inside with the mesh netting inside.
So what do you think of this Electro Punk collection? Honestly, this is one of the coolest looking gaming designs and should be a fan favourite with consumers who love pink. No pricing and availability are announced yet for Malaysia, so until then, you will just have to admire the designs at the photos.
