Not to be confused with the Vivobook 14 and Vivobook 16, ASUS has officially unveiled its latest Vivobook S14 and Vivobook S16 laptops in Malaysia. Available nationwide from 19 May, the new models start from RM3,199, with select configurations powered by Intel Core Ultra processors.
The Vivobook S14 (S3407CA/VA) and S16 (S3607VA) are designed as AI-ready laptops, featuring a dedicated Copilot key for instant access to Microsoft’s AI assistant, along with ASUS AI noise-cancellation and 3D Noise Reduction (3DNR) video technology. They are powered by up to Intel Core Ultra 7 processors (Series 2) and Intel AI Boost, as well as 16GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD options.
Lasting up to 20 hours of battery life (with fast charging) and supporting WiFi 6 connectivity, both 14- and 16-inch models sport a modern, metallic chassis with minimalist design lines, measuring just 1.59cm thin and weighing from 1.39kg. The displays feature a 16:10 aspect ratio with up to FHD+ 144Hz anti-glare IPS panels and screen-to-body ratios of up to 89%, alongside a Dolby Atmos audio system.
I/O options include two USB-C ports with display and power delivery support, two USB-A ports, an HDMI 1.4 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Microsoft Phone Link integration allows file sharing, messaging, and calling between the laptop and smartphones, and its FHD IR camera supports Windows Hello and a physical privacy shutter cover.
The new Vivobook S14/S16 series will be available through all authorised ASUS retailers in Malaysia, coming in Cool Silver and Matte Gray colour variants. Below are the official details of the pricing and availability:
