ASUS is about to unveil its latest generation of a compact smartphone, the Zenfone 9, on 28 July. Before that happens, most of us have already seen how the device will look through a leaked promo video. If that's not enough for you, we now have the press renders that show you every detail.

The ASUS Zenfone 9 will arrive in the popular boxy design. Its display comes with a punch-hole cutout on the top left corner and gets surrounded by thin bezels. The phone's right side houses the volume rocker and a power button with a blue line on it (at least for the Black variant). Meanwhile, there are two speaker grills, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm jack, and a SIM tray at the bottom. The interesting part would be the rear design, sporting a dual-ring camera design alongside words with a futuristic font below.

If the information from the promo video were accurate, we would be getting a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, a 5.9-inch Samsung AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rate, 4,300mAh battery, 50MP Sony IMX766 camera sensor, 6-axis gimbal OIS support, dual-stereo speakers, and IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
