October may be ending soon but ASUS is ready to end it on a high note. Nvidia launched the GeForce RTX 3000 series last month and ASUS has been prepping to release its GPU variants. For the GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card, ASUS has decided to unveil three new models.
Interestingly enough, each GPU has a different branding this time. Specifically, there's the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3070, TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3070, and ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 3070. All three cards come with 8GB of VRAM The ROG Strix and TUF Gaming variants come with an improved thermal design, while the ASUS Dual GPU was designed with simplicity and function in mind.
In terms of the cooling system, the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3070 and TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3070 come with a new shroud that has three Axial-tech fans attached to it. The fan in the centre is responsible for pushing static air pressure into the heatsink, while the other two fans help with the airflow and heat dispersion. As for the ASUS Dual model, it only has two fans but those are also Axial-tech fans that will provide plenty of airflow to the card's heatsink.
