If you thought Acer is done revealing all their latest products, think again. In conjunction with the first day of CES 2020, Acer has added two more laptops to the Swift series which are the Swift 3 (SF313-52/G) and (SF314-42) variant, housing an Intel and AMD Ryzen processor respectively.
Staying true to the Swift series, the Swift 3 (SF313-52/G) is super compact weighing at 1.19kg only and measures 15.95mm thin only. The 13.5-inch display has quite a high screen-to-body ratio of 83.65% and 3:2 aspect ratio gives 18% more room (vertically) than before. To support the sRGB colour space, the laptop is integrated with Acer Color Intelligence and Acer ExaColor technology.
As part of Intel's Project Athena program, it sports up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7-1065G7 processors, the latest NVIDIA graphics, and a long-lasting battery that offers users up to 16 hours of productivity alongside a fast charging technology. It also offers a few ports such as a USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.1 Gen 2 or DisplayPort, as well as having a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) (3x better than your average connection) and a Wake On Voice (WoV), enabling users to interact with Cortana while the device is in Modern Standby mode.
As for the Swift 3 (SF314-42) variant, it's also quite similar to the former and lightweight as well (1.2kg). It features an AMD Ryzen 4000 series processors (7nm, Zen 2 core architecture), up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM, up to a 512 GB PCle SSD as well as a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) for the best connectivity. Wake on Voice is also supported.
In terms of price, the Swift 3 laptop models differ in North America, China and Euro. Below is the official listing:
