After launching the 2021 iPad Pro last month, Apple might be planning the launch of the 2021 iPad mini (a.k.a iPad mini 6) later this year. According to the same report released by reputable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo which talked about the foldable iPhone in 2023, it is mentioned that a touch-panel supplier will benefit from the release of the new iPad mini in the second half of 2021.

Previously, the analyst revealed that the upcoming iPad mini will feature a 9-inch display with a design that is similar to the iPad Air. If it's true, the iPad mini will feature smaller screen bezels and have its Touch ID button moved to the side. However, a Japanese media Macotakara suggested that it will feature an 8.4-inch display instead, still larger than the current 7.9-inch.

Besides a new iPad mini, the tech giant could also bring a refreshed standard iPad to the market. It is expected to arrive with a new processor alongside the iPad mini this fall. For now, we could only wait for more rumours or leaks to appear so that we can further confirm the existence of these Apple products.
