Not much has changed in the under RM30/month range, but you'll see some new options in the under RM60/month category. For comparison, you can check out last month's summary too. Without further ado, here are the best mobile prepaid plans for the budget-conscious as of March 2023.
Best prepaid options under RM30
As mentioned, not much has changed in this category. For greater value, check out the options we've listed below. Of course, you can also go to the respective telco websites to find what works for you. If you have a very low budget, an option like the Digi Prepaid Next 15 (RM15/month) could be ideal. Just keep in mind that it only offers 6GB of data.
Alternatively, go for the unity packages, which most local telcos now offer. These plans provide 30GB of data for RM30. What's great is it lasts for 180 days, plus all unused data will remain even after the validity period ends. Note that these plans are only available this year, so take advantage while you can.

This month, we have two new offers in the under RM60/month range. To be honest, the new ones are probably the better deals this time around. Besides that, the other plans are mostly the same in value.
