
In response to the recent fire incident at Putra Heights, CelcomDigi has stepped in to support affected families to stay connected during this difficult time.
A team of volunteers have set up counters at both relief centres – Putra Heights Mosque and Dewan Camelia – to support the connectivity needs of the affected families. The support includes postpaid bill waiver, prepaid credit, sim replacements and distribution of power banks.

CelcomDigi said the company remains committed to helping families stay in touch with loved ones and have access to critical digital services. The company will continue working closely with the relevant authorities for coordinated efforts to maximise outreach and assistance for those affected.
Meanwhile, Telekom Malaysia also announced that its technical teams are currently restoring services and rebuilding any network infrastructure affected by the recent fire caused by a pipeline burst in Putra Heights. You can read the full news right here.
